Questionnaire for Artists and Staff

This questionnaire is designed specifically for Staff and Artists aspiring to join our label.

Over the years, we've observed artists come and go. As we move into 2025, we're streamlining our approach to identify those who align with our values and are worth our investment of time, effort, and resources.

1. Determine if you are a good fit for our label.
2. Assess whether you, as an artist, align with our vision and are worth the commitment we are prepared to make.
3. Understand your thought process and motivation for joining our label.

Below are questions aimed at evaluating your artistic vision and how well you align with our business goals as an artist.

Note: if you are an Artist there will be a second set of questions. That will be populated once you have finished the first batch of questions. The second batch are to get to know if you are a match for our label.

Please take time going over the form. It only takes 5 minutes. This questions is points based. Should you NOT exceed 90%, Unfortunately you will not be able to reapply for 6 months.
